The project may be started in a slow speed. But when the project members become aware of what large work that is required the work becomes harder and the hill in the picture becomes much steeper. It is utmost steep just before the time of certification and the work is very heavy. The work seems eternal and the project members work in a hill that gets steeper and steeper. But there up on the hill above the clouds the target is waiting. There the sun shines clear and warm and the certificate is obtained.
